Drilling muds (WBM’s/OBM’s) have been formulated with special additives to ensure that the emulsion is extremely stable and able to withstand high temperatures and contaminants. Therefore it is quite difficult to break the emulsion when one would like to reclaim the various valuable components for re-use. For each type of mud quality INSTRAL has a specific treatment program consisting of one or multiple products in the C-Force^® series.

These enables the customer to quickly separate the water from the solids and the oil, purify the wastewater in a most efficient way and increase the production efficiency.
